Being physically well, in my opinion, includes eating well and moving or exercising well to your body’s needs and limits.

Lucky for you all, on top of being a Dietician and Nutrition Coach, another cap that I wear is that of a fitness instructor! I work in the Pilates world and absolutely love watching physical and strength transformations happen before my eyes!

That being said, I have added these LIVE and ONLINE class times to the schedule. These times and costs are for the lockdown period and will be updated when everyone goes back to regular lifestyle… all in good time.

Monday 7am , 8am, 4pm Wednesday 7am , 8am, 4pm Friday 7am

What is the cost? 1 class a week: (Pilates) R70 a session = R280pm 2 classes a week: (1 Pilates, 1 cardio) R62.50 a session = R500pm 3 classes a week: (2 Pilates, 1 cardio) R55 a session = R660pm
